If your business is selected for accreditation with the Answer, it means that the Answer Christian Business Directory has determined that your business meets the strict standards and high level of integrity that is expected of Christian businesses.  This means that as an owner or operator of the business, you continually meet and exceed the expectations of your customers.  All Answer Certified Businesses pay a fee for accreditation review and to support the Answer’s ministry in the community.



To advertise your business as Answer Certified, your business must meet the accreditation standards:

1.  Businesses must have signed the Answer Christian Business Directory’s statement of faith.

2.  Demonstrate a love for and obedience to God in their business dealings

3.  Rank in the top 50% of all Answer advertisers in surveys assessing customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.

4.  Live by the Answer Code of Ethics that promises fair treatment, quality service,respect for all customers, regard for employees and community and social responsibility.

5.  Maintain outstanding business practices and deliver exceptional customer service.



Answer Certified Businesses may identify themselves as such in any print or electronic advertising including but not limited to:  newspapers, magazines, posters, TV, radio, ads, flyers, direct mail, directories, business cards, stationary, invoices, business documents and the like.  No other advertiser of business can display this seal of approval.  It tells you that the entire company puts God first and places a priority on delivering a superior customer experience.
